DESCRIPTION:CCPC has gone mobile this year. After receiving a lot of food and hearing the need to help ensure more people have access to CCPC food\, we have dedicated the first 3 months of the year to reach out to the community members in need. Additionally\, we want to make sure all community members have the opportunity to receive rent assistance\, Vaccine information\, and any other critical resources to be healthy and thriving members of the community. We welcome your partnership and support in these months.
