Super Healthy Kids – Health Fair

Please spread the word to the families in your networks. This is a great opportunity for uninsured kids in Kindergarten to 12th grade to get FREE exams and immunizations at the Wasatch County Health Department. This event will be held on Thursday, August 5th from 3-7 pm. You must register in advance with the Wasatch County Health Department by calling 435-657-3307 or visiting their office at 55 S 500 E in Heber City.

Services available include Well-Child Exam, Hearing Exam, Vision Exam, Dental Exam, and Immunizations. Sponsored by Intermountain Heber Valley Hospital, Wasatch Community Foundation, People’s Health Clinic, Hope Alliance, Take Care Utah, Wasatch Latino Coalition, Wasatch County Health Department.
