NAMI Utah: Family & Friends Support Group

Family & Friends free seminars are held on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays each month from 7:00-8:30 pm. Informs and supports people who have loved ones with a mental health condition. Meet other people in similar situations and gain community support. The seminar is led by trained people with lived experience of supporting a family member with a mental health condition.
